Installation

In terminal:

1. Download the repository:
   git clone https://github.com/XUZHOU-LAB/LinSig/tree/master
   
2. Download relevant python packages:
   pip install numpy pandas scipy scikit-learn matplotlib seaborn

Then in RStudio:

1. Open ‘src/DeconvoSig/zhou_methodapp.R’.
2. Install relevant R libraries.
3. Click ‘Run App’.
